Property for exclusive use
Typical stone farmhouse (220 m2) set in a vast estate covering 460 hectares near Castellina in Chianti. Quiet, panoramic position overlooking vineyards and the gentle Chianti hills (alt. 350 m). Private swimming pool (5x10) (01/05-13/10 open from 8am to midnight). Guests have access to a laundry room (2 washing machines, 2 dryers) next to the BETTINI property and shared with the other tenants of the complex.Simple but complete furnishings with some period pieces. Cot available (to be requested at time of booking). Possibility of buying estate products and guided tastings in the medieval cellar of wines and oils produced on the farm. Parking available.
PLEASE NOTE: Pets allowed for a fee (Euro 30/pet/week). Arrivals between 3.00 pm and 7.00 pm.
ACCOMMODATION: 1st floor: living/dining room (satellite TV), kitchen (freezer, dishwasher, small electric oven), 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin, 3 bathrooms with shower (1 with washing machine). Ground floor: some rooms currently unused.
DISTANCES: 7 km from Castellina in Chianti (food stores, tennis), 10 km from Monteriggioni (and its suggestive fortress), 16 km from Poggibonsi (various stores), 23 km from Siena, 26 km from San Gimignano, 55 km from Florence.
