Characteristic farmhouse complex consisting of three apartments located in a vast property that extends over 460 hectares near Castellina in Chianti. Quiet and panoramic position with a view of the vineyards and the gentle hills of Chianti (alt. 350 m). The 3 farmhouses have been renovated and furnished in the most authentic Tuscan tradition. UMILIATI is located at about 50 m from the pool, the other accommodations (GUIDI, CARRARETTO, VISENTINI) are located in two different farms at about 200 m from the pool. In common outdoor spaces and a swimming pool (6x12) (01/05-13/10 open from 8am to 24pm). Guests have access to a laundry room (2 washing machines, 2 dryers) near the BETTINI property and in common with the other tenants of the complex. Baby bed available (to be requested at the time of booking). Possibility of buying the products of the estate and of tastings with guide in the medieval cellar of the wines and the oil produced in the farm. Parking. Access by a non-asphalted road in ascent.
