This attractive chalet-style accommodation is ideally located in St-Gervais for easy access to the ski lifts and shops in the town center. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people for a mountain break in any season.
Space
Situated in an attractive residence close to the center of St-Gervais, this two-room apartment will enable you to take advantage of the Evasion Mont Blanc ski area in winter or the hiking trails in summer.
On the first floor, this cosy 36 m² apartment is decorated in the style of Savoyard chalets. It overlooks the residence's garden and offers :
- a comfortable living room with sofa bed,
- a separate, fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer),
- bedroom with double bed (140 cm),
- bathroom with shower, separate WC,

The apartment does not include a parking space, but it is possible to park in the Mont Blanc tramway station parking lot or in the Espace Mont Blanc parking lot.

Neighborhood
With its "Famille Plus" label, the resort is perfect for young and old, whether you're a keen sportsman or a curious walker. The Bettex cable car is less than a 15-minute walk away, giving you access to the Evasion Mont Blanc ski area, which boasts over 400 km of slopes for your winter sports of choice. The Mont Blanc tramway, the world's highest cog railway, takes you up to the Nid d'Aigle at 2372 m. The St-Gervais thermal baths are also renowned for their treatment of sensitive skin, and if a treatment doesn't tempt you, the thermal park is also open to visitors for a relaxing stroll. In summer, you can explore the surrounding hiking trails, from easy ones like the Baroque trail to more intense ones. The town center is just a few minutes' walk away, where you'll find all the local shops, as well as a variety of dining options such as Galeta or Edelweiss.
