In Courseulles-sur-Mer, less than a kilometer from the beach, we offer this charming 50 m² house for rent, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It comprises a living room, fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and a 25 m² fenced garden. Wifi access.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
Ground floor:
- 25 m² living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2), TV and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: oven, microwave, hob...
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: bunk bed (sleeps 2) + small balcony

The house is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
