Welcome to Saint-Jorioz!
Ideal for vacations with family or friends, this triplex house is very well equipped and benefits from an excellent location.
The interior has been completely renovated and tastefully decorated.
Quietly located on the heights of Saint-Jorioz, 9km from Annecy, this semi-detached house is close to all amenities: within a one-kilometer radius you'll find supermarkets, bakeries, cheese shops, restaurants...
The first floor features a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a living room, a laundry room with washing machine, and a terrace.
The second floor comprises a large, comfortable living room and a bedroom with its own bathroom.
On the top floor you'll find a bedroom and a second bathroom.
The house is equipped with internet access and two TVs (ground floor and living room).
Linen is provided for your stay.
The house is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed.
Arrivals are between 4pm and 9pm, with the possibility of arriving earlier if the house is available. In the event of late arrival (after 9pm) a supplement of 20€ will be payable to your concierge.
Departures are at 10am maximum.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
