We present you with a bright, sea-facing penthouse that you'll definitely want to come back to. And it has it all: magnificent sea views, direct access to the beach and the beautiful promenade with all its beach bars, to all kinds of services on foot such as supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, bus stop and cab rank, pharmacies, [hidden] you decide to use the car, it will be to go to Marbella (15 minutes away) or Fuengirola (15 minutes away), because everything else is within easy reach. Golf courses, tennis clubs, gyms and, of course, the magnificent promenade that runs from the small but unique Puerto de Cabopino to the ever-charming, peaceful and tranquil La Cala de Mijas. We recommend walking it from one end to the other early in the morning or at sunset, when the views are spectacular.
Mi Capricho is an emblematic urbanization between Marbella and Mijas Costa, with 24-hour security, two swimming pools with bar/restaurant and very easy access from the airport or from Marbella, if necessary directly from the toll freeway.
The penthouse itself is on a single floor with no stairs, although it has a large terrace on the first floor and a huge solarium accessible via a spiral staircase from the terrace. From the underground parking lot, the property is accessed directly by elevator, this being the only property on the floor. The master bedroom is separated from the other two bedrooms by the corridor. All bedrooms have a sea view, with the exception of the third. The kitchen and bathrooms (the master en suite) have been recently renovated. Individual air-conditioning in each room, a barbecue area for those tired of eating 'pescaíto' and 'gambas al pil pil' in the beach bars and, of course, huge, well-designed swimming pools facing the sea. In short, a real treat!
