A short flight of steps leads to the front door, the ground floor opens onto a large, open plan kitchen/dining room with a corner snug.
From the kitchen, a door leads to a sunny breakfast room, where steps lead to a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
The main living room is adjacent to the kitchen and features double doors leading out to an immense covered balcony which overlooks the grounds, pond and views.
From the living room, a first set of stairs leads to a mezzanine bedroom with two single beds, overlooking the kitchen and dining room. A second staircase leads down to the garden level. On this level, there is a small twin bedroom for children, a double bedroom and a bathroom with toilet.
In the garden, sheltered by a hedge, the swimming pool is equipped with sun loungers and parasols.
The property also has an additional cottage that can sleep 2 people.
The cottage, is fully equipped with a lounge (beware of the low ceiling), a bright and original kitchenette, a modern shower/toilet room and a mezzanine double bedroom.
The price is based on a capacity of 8 people in the main house.
Options are available for this property:
- Linen pack: includes 3 towels per person (2 bath towels and one pool towel) and bed linen (sheets, pillowcases and duvet cover).
-The cottage: Please note that the buildings can only be booked by the same group.
