Upstairs, a landing leads to a first bedroom with a 140cm bed, a 90cm bed and a water point, a second bedroom with a 140cm bed, shower and water point, a third bedroom with a 90cm bed and a 2*90cm bunk bed, a shower room and separate toilet. Outside, a fully enclosed courtyard with water point and WC, plus a second terrace on the first floor, which enjoys the sun all day long. Outside shower for returning from the beach. Non-private parking on the church square opposite the house.
