Imagine your vacation combining water, mountains, wide open spaces and fresh air - is that what you're looking for? Then you've come to the right place! We've found just the place for you: Les Airelles campsite **** in the Hautes Alpes, 3 km from the Lac de Serre-Ponçon.
3 good reasons to go there: first of all, the campsite is on the edge of the Mazelière forest, in a calm, welcoming and peaceful setting, a real haven of peace. It's also close to everything: the town center, the lake, the shops...

In the heart of the Southern Alps, Lac de Serre-Ponçon is a dream destination for water sports enthusiasts, swimmers and sunbathers! With its landscaped beaches, wild creeks, 80km of shoreline and mountain environment, Serre-Ponçon is a natural paradise!
Magical and elusive, our mountains form a veritable jewel case around Lac de Serre-Ponçon. Here, the flora and fauna are extremely rich and the landscapes extremely varied.
As a family, you can enjoy water sports on the lake, or wander along the fairy trail: a veritable open-air museum in the heart of wild, unspoilt Crevoline nature.
And don't forget to explore the many villages in the area. The closest are Baratier, accessible by a forest trail, Embrun and its cathedral, Chorges and its aquarpark for young and old, and Cros and its Picomtal castle. If you'd like to escape a little further afield, we suggest Briançon and its medieval Briançonnet or the famous Charrance gardens in Gap.
In summer, you'll find fresh local produce at the Chroges market on Sundays, the Savines-le-Lac market on Tuesdays and Fridays, and the Embrun market on Wednesdays.
The region is also ideal for hiking, with the "sentier des milles cascades" passing just above the campsite, and the trail up to the village of Les Orres. Not far from the campsite you'll also find the entrance to the Parc des Ecrins, with its many hiking trails that will delight you!
For the enjoyment of young and old alike, the campsite offers a wide range of leisure facilities: a 280m² swimming pool open and heated all season from June onwards, a paddling pool and water games for your children, a petanque area, a children's playground with inflatable structure and trampoline, as well as huts and slides for lots of laughs. A skate park awaits you for plenty of sliding fun!
In July and August, a wide range of activities and entertainment are on offer, with a variety of activities every afternoon and a themed evening every week to share good times with family and friends.
Your stay will be all the more enjoyable thanks to the services on offer: a restaurant serving local cuisine and fresh produce, a bread and pastries depot, free wifi access throughout the campsite, a launderette, various rentals (bed linen, towels, bicycles).
