In Saint-Ouen, we offer this charming 100 m² apartment with a large terrace for rental, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the first floor overlooking the garden, it comprises a pretty 36 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath). Wifi (fiber), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

Located in the heart of the Saint-Ouen eco-neighborhood, you'll benefit from all the essential shops nearby (4 supermarkets between 1 and 10 minutes' walk), the largest food court in Ile de France within 8 minutes' walk, organic markets, butchers, cheesemongers, and the Puces de Saint Ouen within 15 minutes' walk.

- The apartment is a 6-minute walk from line 14 (Saint-Ouen metro station) and RER C, and 10 minutes from line 13.
- Gare de Lyon is 30 minutes away by metro, and Gare Saint Lazare less than 20 minutes.
- Roissy airport is easily accessible by cab or RER.
- Nearest train stations: Gare Saint-Lazare 5 km away (direct access in less than 20 minutes via line 14), Gare de Lyon 16 km away (approx. 35 minutes by car and direct access in 25 minutes via line 14), Gare Montparnasse and Gard du Nord are accessible in approx. 30 minutes by public transport.
