Semi independent, because you have at your disposal a private wing with your own entrance to the house. The rental is designed in a cottage spirit, because it has 2 parts.
The day area, located at the swimming pool level, therefore includes the swimming pool which is private to you, and therefore reserved for your sole use, a covered terrace created this year by the owner at the edge of the swimming pool, and a large pool house with room dining room and kitchen equipped with fridge and freezer, oven, dishwasher. You also have a bathroom with toilet next to the pool house.
You also have 500 m² of land to relax.
The sleeping area, in a wing of the house, has its own private entrance. You enter through a first bedroom which has a flat screen.
Above the 1st bedroom is a mezzanine, composed of a double bed and a fan. (2nd bedroom)
Furthermore, once you have passed through the 1st bedroom, you access a 3rd bedroom, made up of 2 single beds and a bathroom with a double sink.
The house does not have a living room like in a traditional rental, but 2 separate day and night areas.
The owner is very discreet, and always attentive to his guests, he can even prepare his specialty on request, a fresh pizza evening, which he prepares with the pizza oven in the pool house, for the delight of young and old alike. adults, by the pool under the sound of cicadas.
To relax on our beautiful natural beaches, Mont Salvat beach is 350 meters away, you have a pine forest 200 m away where you can picnic on tables set up on the path to the beach.
The landscapes, as you can see in the photos, are magnificent.
The beach is below, and several paths provide access to it. These are natural paths, which are not recommended for single children under 12/14 years old. However, accompanied by parents, no problem.

We require a 25% deposit. Payment of the balance is made 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last minute reservations.
The tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is that specified by the tourist office.
Final cleaning is included and included in the price.

Our agricultural producers welcome you from April to September every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. to offer you fresh local products (fruits, vegetables, eggs, bread, cheeses, honey, etc.).
