The one-bedroom apartment in Callao Salvaje is ideally suited for up to 2 adults and a maximum of 2 children. With a tasteful and modern interior spanning 50 m², it offers picturesque views of the back area of the complex , along with a private garden complete with sun loungers and a BBQ space.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, a built-in wardrobe, and enjoys views of the complex's rear and the adjacent road. Positioned on the shady side, it ensures a cool and pleasant atmosphere. The bathroom is generously spacious and includes a refreshing shower.
The expansive living room boasts an open-concept kitchen, fully equipped with vitroceramic, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, and a coffee machine.
