Welcome to Sevrier!
Situated in a quiet location close to all amenities (supermarkets, bakery, cheese shop, restaurants within 500 m), this house is perfect for vacations with family or friends.
Ideal for 8 people, this fully-equipped house boasts views of the lake and mountains.
Its exceptional location means you can leave the car behind (if you wish!).
The beaches of Sevrier are just 300m away, as is the cycle path that circles the lake (42km for the bravest) and takes you to the magnificent town of Annecy in 6km.
For swimming, Sevrier's two beaches welcome you free of charge.
️ Unless otherwise indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or bathtub), the toilet is separate. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.
The house benefits from a very large living room opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen, which opens onto a terrace with a breathtaking view.
Please note: Two of the three bedrooms can accommodate 3 people.
3 parking spaces will be reserved for you.
TV and broadband Wifi, fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. The house is also equipped with a washing machine.
Linen is provided for your stay.
Non-smoking accommodation, pets are not allowed in the property.
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the day before your arrival.
