We offer this charming 40 m² air-conditioned apartment for rent in Lumio, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and sleeping area, a bathroom and a 25 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics) included, we're waiting for you!

The apartment is ideally located on the port of Sant'Ambroggio and less than 500m from the beach. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you'll be able to park for free at the parking lot near the accommodation with semi-private access and with immediate access to the building entrance.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Calvi airport is 15 minutes away by car.
- The port of Île Rousse is 20 minutes away by car.
During the summer months, a small beach train runs between Calvi and Île Rousse, making multiple stops along the beaches.
Other remarks :
- Free WiFi available (fiber optics).
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner. Price: €30/pack for a double bed. (2 flat sheets, 2 pillowcases, 2 large and 2 small towels, 1 shower mat, 1 tea towel).
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
