This house benefits from air conditioning, a magnificent terraced garden with several terraces, and fully fenced grounds.
Inside, a living/dining room opens onto a large south-facing terrace, with a beautiful view over the garden and a dining area with a large parasol.
A fully-equipped kitchen (electric oven, induction hob, extractor hood, two fridge-freezers, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso and filter coffee makers, toaster, kettle, wine cellar, etc.), a storeroom.
On the first level, a first air-conditioned double bedroom with a bed (160*200cm), TV, shower room with toilet and beautiful view of the hills and sea. A second air-conditioned double bedroom with a bed (140*190cm). A third air-conditioned bedroom with twin beds (90*200cm), a bathroom with toilet and a private terrace with sea view.

To be paid on site: Security deposit €1,200 (by credit card, not debited), tourist tax (according to current rates), compulsory end-of-stay cleaning €140.
