Located in a residence close to the town center and the beach, beautiful 50 m² apartment for 2 people, on the 1st floor. It comprises a beautiful living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet. Large south-facing terrace and west-facing balcony. Kitchen equipment: dishwasher, electric oven, electric coffeemaker, toaster.... Sleeping accommodation: 140 cm bed. Comforts: dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, ..... Leisure equipment: garden furniture, TV... Surface area: 50 m². Railway station: 6.3km, Rochefort spa 15 minutes away. A 600 € deposit and tourist tax must be paid on arrival. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged prior to arrival: sheets €10 per bed per week, bathroom linen €9 per week. Housework: €70. The rental is for a stay starting from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival and ending at 10:00 am at the latest on the day of departure.
