Accommodation:
The fully air-conditioned apartment is located on the top floor of an attractive new residence with elevator. It is of a very high standard. The entrance opens directly onto a large living room with a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a dining area and a lounge with a sofa and two armchairs for relaxing. A large southwest-facing terrace extends the living space. We've installed a corner where you can enjoy an aperitif.
At night, the apartment has two bedrooms, each with a double bed (160 x 190 cm) and several cupboards. Finally, the bathroom is spacious and equipped with a double washbasin, shower and towel dryer. The apartment complies with PMR (persons with reduced mobility) standards!
Plus access to the communal swimming pool between 9am and 8pm (please note that capacity is limited to 10 people), and a gate leading directly to the Pink Promenade and Les Lecques beach.

Two underground parking spaces are available.

Environment :
Les Lecques beach is a large, sandy family beach. Stroll along the boardwalk to discover its sublime 2 km stretch of sand and its picture-postcard views. Restaurants and shops are also available. The bathing establishments on Les Lecques beach are open from April to October. Water sports available in the bay: sailing, diving, sea kayaking, paddling, windsurfing, jet skiing.
