This garden level flat in a small residence invites you to relax.
Just a stone's throw from the famous Royan covered market, you can taste the pleasure of good regional products in the garden with family or friends! You will be won over by this completely renovated flat!
The entrance is via the living room, which has a 140cm sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is fully equipped for optimum comfort: induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, mini electric oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, table-top fridge, washing machine, dishwasher...
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a 160cm bed and a wardrobe. Adjoining the bedroom, a bathroom with Italian shower and electric towel dryer, as well as an independent toilet.
You will be able to enjoy the outside thanks to the terrace furniture provided: table, chairs, Chilean chairs and parasol.
The +++: 2 private parking spaces on the grounds.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
