The house is located in an area of Asnières-sur-Seine sought after for its tranquility: an island of greenery, lined with sumptuous houses, with a center where you'll find a large number of shops, bars, restaurants, cinemas, theaters, parks, swimming pools, tennis courts... and all within 15 minutes door-to-door of the center of Paris (the nearest train station is a 5-minute walk away). A parking space right in front of the house will be useful if you have a car.
Boucherie Dujardin in Bécon is renowned for the excellence of its meat, making it a must for lovers of fresh, quality produce. For your daily shopping, you can choose from several stores, including Franprix, a 3-minute walk from the house, and Intermarché on Avenue de la Marne. There are also two greengrocers nearby: one at Bécon station and the other at the start of Rue des Bourguignons. Both focus on freshness, so you're sure to find quality fruit and vegetables. A market is held 3 times a week right next door (Halles Flachat), and another 3 times a week on rue des Bourguignons. If you're a gourmand, you'll love the excellent bakeries and patisseries, where you can savor artisanal expertise in every bite.
