Accommodation:
Located just a stone's throw from the water, come and enjoy a family vacation in this duplex apartment with quality features. Indeed, this one is of a good standing.
The entrance leads directly into the living room with its open, fully-equipped kitchen. There's a dining area and a relaxation area opening onto the terrace, which extends the apartment outwards. We've installed a corner for your aperitifs.
At night, the apartment has three bedrooms. The first features a 140 x 190 cm double bed. The second, upstairs, has a 160 x 200 cm bed, and the third is an attic bedroom, suitable only for a child, with a 90 x 190 cm bed.
Finally, the bathroom is spacious and equipped with a double washbasin, shower and heated towel rail. Two toilets, one of which is independent.
Parking:
The residence has private parking. You have an assigned parking space.
Access to the residence is private (automatic gate).

Private bathing establishments are also available from April to October. Water sports in the bay: sailing, diving, sea kayaking, paddle, windsurfing, family walks and hikes.
