The kitchen opens onto the terrace and the courtyard, and communicates with a large pantry (American fridge with freezer, fresh water and ice dispenser, hob, oven, hood, MO oven, dishwasher, filter and capsule coffee maker, toaster, kettle). The living room (flat-screen TV, connected loudspeaker) is bathed in light thanks to the bay windows opening onto the terrace and the full-height studio glass roof.
