Located in Résidence du Domaine de Ste Anne, in the Grière district of La Tranche Sur Mer, this 34m2 vacation cottage sleeps 4. It comprises a living room with fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave grill, 2 hotplates, coffeemaker, kettle and toaster), dining table and flat-screen TV.
Separate bedroom with double bed (140cm) and closet. A bathroom with shower, washbasin and separate toilet.
A mezzanine with 2 bedrooms, each with a single 90cm bed, as well as a play area and storage shelves.
Paved, fenced terrace with garden furniture, parasol, gas barbecue and 2 sun loungers.
You can also take advantage of the communal swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September, as well as free private parking and direct access to the beach via the forest just 500m from the rental. This rental is certified 2 Clévacances.
Pets are not allowed. End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of tenants.
