Set in a secure gated complex with a shared pool and garden, this sunny duplex apartment for 5 offers the perfect base to enjoy a variety of vacations. From a family getaway to a staycation and a beach holiday to a romantic vacation, the 3-bedroom rental is an excellent escape on Costa del Sol. The famous beaches, La Fontanilla and Venus, are within easy walking distance, meanwhile, on-site guests have the convenience of soaking up the sun and enjoying open-air dining in a private ambience. For our active vacationers, there is a well-equipped gym and 2 squash courts. Meanwhile, those on a workation will find a laptop-friendly workplace and free Wi-Fi at their disposal here.

The apartment itself is located on the first floor and offers lift access and air-conditioning for comfy year-round stays. Inside, there is a light-filled living room, fully furnished to relax after a busy day and featuring a Smart TV, 2 sofas, a children’s play area and dining for 6. For carefree meal preparations, guests will find everything in the full kitchen of the rental, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine and induction hob.

The holiday apartment enjoys one of the best locations in Marbella from where guests can enjoy a wide variety of experiences within walking distance. The famous Playa de la Fontanilla with water sports is a 13-minute walk from here, meanwhile, Venus Beach is 20-minutes on foot. The characteristic Plaza de Los Naranjos with impressive buildings and a visibly unchanged 16th-century renaissance layout is also within easy walking distance. Apart from this, the neighbourhood of the apartment is very well-serviced with banks, the local bus stop, ATMs, supermarkets and tons of international cuisine restaurants as well as bars within a stone’s throw from here.

For lovers of golfing, Nueva Andalucia, also known as the Golf Valley, is a 13-minutes drive away. And the famous Puerto Banus is also about the same distance. Culture and music-loving travellers will especially enjoy Marbella as the city has an extensive year-round event calendar. The nearest international airport is Malaga-Costa del Sol, located about a 40-minute drive from this family-friendly holiday apartment in Marbella.
