Just 7 km from Saint-Tropez, this residence houses a group of chalets with the look of Californian houses, set in a 15-hectare site planted with pine trees. Ideally located 2 km from the beach, 1 km from shops and 7 km from Saint-Tropez, you can easily visit the surrounding villages (Port Grimaud, Gassin, Ramatuelle). This 50 m2 chalet has a lovely fitted kitchen with pantry opening onto the living room and dining area, a pleasant 15m² terrace, and 2 bedrooms, one with a double 160cm bed, and one with a single bed bunkered with a double 140cm bed. There's also a shower room with WC.
