Welcome to our spacious 70m2 apartment, ideally located near the town center and shops, offering comfortable space for 4 people.
The living room is a warm and inviting space, including a sitting area with sofa, TV for relaxing moments, and a fully equipped kitchen with electric hob, coffee maker, kettle, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. A dining table is ready for convivial meals.
A washing machine is available for your convenience (in the hall cupboard).
A balcony is accessible from the living room, offering an ideal place to enjoy the fresh air, while a second balcony is located in the second bedroom, facing south and offering mountain views.
The first bedroom, separate from the living room, is equipped with a 160*200 double bed for peaceful nights.
The second bedroom has a 140*200 convertible bed.
The bathroom has a shower with vanity unit and heated towel rail.
The apartment has wifi access to keep you connected. Please note that parking is available with a subscription to the local underground garage (75€ / week).
Unfortunately we can't accommodate your four-legged friends, as pets are not welcome.
A credit card imprint of 1000€ will be required to guarantee the security of your stay. Please note that this property is managed by a trusted agency, ensuring quality service.
