Ground floor: living room with lounge/dining area, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, master bedroom with en-suite shower room, separate toilet. Upstairs, you'll enjoy reversible air-conditioning. Lounge/reading area on the mezzanine, two double bedrooms, one triple bedroom, shower room, wc with washbasin.

Le Gite des Marronniers is ideally located between Troyes and Reims, ?pernay and Chalons en Champagne, in a small, peaceful village about 10 minutes from the A26 freeway. Estelle and J?r?me have renovated this former b?tisse for reunions with friends or family, set in nearly a hectare of unenclosed grounds to be shared with another gite. You'll enjoy the park with its fruit trees, bordered by the L'huitrelle river (access not restricted). You can also rent the 10-person Gite du Cerf on the same property. In Mailly le Camp (5 kms), you'll find all amenities: restaurant, newsagent, car garage, pharmacy, supermarket, hairdresser, butcher, ... EXTERIORS UNDER CONSTRUCTION.
