This villa, located in Arcachon, is ideal for 10 vacationers. It offers 5 bedrooms, an indoor pool, open all year and WiFi.
It is perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun.
The villa has 5 comfortable bedrooms, 5 including a double bed, Several bathrooms are available, one with a bathtub, a shower and a toilet and 4 with a shower and a toilet.
The villa features air conditioning, central heating, a washing machine, a dryer, a dressing room and ironing equipment.
Note that the cleaning, towels and bed linen are included in the rental fee. A tourist tax of 3.8 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed. You can come with 2 additionnal guest(s) on demand. An extra charge of 60€ per person and per night will have to be paid on site.
House built in 2015 with a 3-story elevator. Each room has a king size bed, a private shower and toilet, and a connected television. All bedrooms have air conditioning except the downstairs one, which already stays cool. There is a fixed baby bed and also a travel cot. The house is equipped with underfloor heating and 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. 2 equipped kitchens: granite worktop in the upper kitchen, and wooden worktop in the lower one. You will find 2 dyson vacuum cleaners. There is a bonzini table football as well as a cornilleau ping pong table. The house has two different entrances, and private parking spaces for 3 vehicles. In the living room there is a 160cm tv powered by orange fiber box. House equipped with electric roller shutters and acoustic doors. Little bonus: there is also a roof terrace. A cycle path passes in front of the house and leads to the pyla dune. Access on foot to the pereire beach club. Tree climbing/aquapark/lazergame/zoo 10 minutes away. Thalassotherapy center 300 meters from the house, gas station 100 meters. The tourist tax and the deposit are recovered by the owner by tpe connected remotely. The house can accommodate 2 additional people at the price of 60€ .

• Air: Bordeaux Mérignac airport is 70 km away.
• Train: Arcachon station is at 2 km.
