Come and discover this detached house in a small hamlet at the end of a cul-de-sac, on one level with a lovely living room and a fully-equipped semi-open kitchen. You'll enjoy a master suite with a 160x200 bed, private shower room and toilet, and two bedrooms with 2 90cm beds (one bedroom is accessible by a step), a shower room and separate toilet.
The garage has a ping-pong table and can also be used to store your bikes or motorcycles. Outside, a semi-sheltered terrace offers table soccer, garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue for relaxing moments with family or friends.
Baby equipment can be provided on request: cot, high chair, bathtub.

This house, which the owners have taken great pleasure in renovating, is located in the lively village of Le Bugue in Périgord Noir, in a quiet hamlet of just a few houses. You're in the Vezère Valley, home to no fewer than 15 prehistoric sites... Fill your basket on Tuesdays at the traditional village market, renowned for more than 8 centuries, or at the night markets (in summer), a festive invitation to meet farm producers, breeders and craftsmen just 1 km away... From the gîte, you can pick up your fresh bread in the morning and your newspaper on foot (200m). All shops less than 1km away. There's no shortage of sporting activities, with 73 hikes, 200 m from the Les Eyzies-Limeuil greenway and canoe bases, as well as leisure activities such as Parc du Bournat, Aquarium du Périgord Noir, the Prehistoric Labyrinth, Jungle Golf...
