Iberimo offers you to rent this villa near Callosa d'en Sarria on the Costa Blanca with private pool. Charming villa with distant sea and mountain views near Polop. The house is located in a privileged area of orchards, surrounded by medlar and orange trees, offering tranquility and contact with nature. Built on two floors, the main floor has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living-dining room, kitchen and several covered and uncovered terraces. There's also a large outdoor kitchen, complete with barbecue, wood-burning oven and dishwasher. The terrace around the pool has an outdoor shower and toilet. On the upper floor, three bedrooms, two of which have large balconies with magnificent views over the valley, and a full bathroom. The beaches are 15-20 minutes away by car. From the villa, it's a 5-minute drive to Las Fuentes del Algar, where you can swim in the pools and under the natural waterfalls.
