In the heart of the village of BOUZIGUES, 2 steps from the beach and shops, in a calm and serene location, this pretty single-storey villa is decorated with care and quality.
The property features a lovely living room with a TV sofa + WIFI, a fully-equipped kitchen area (oven, microwave, dishwasher, extractor fan, fridge-freezer), all opening onto a shaded terrace.

The sleeping area comprises 2 spacious bedrooms: 1 with a 160 cm bed and the 2nd with 2 90 cm beds that can be joined together to create a 180 cm bed. Separate toilet and shower room with walk-in shower. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Parking is available on the property - fenced and gated.
In Le Mas des Guilles, you'll have a wonderful time before going for a swim, taking a paddle on the Etang de Thau, then enjoying a shellfish platter along the harbor.
A lovely place to stay for 2 or 4 people, as a romantic getaway, with family or friends, but also suitable for curists.
Pets are not allowed. Linen not provided.
During the heating season, a supplement will be charged for your consumption during your stay (based on meter readings) and will be payable on the day of your departure.
