This accommodation benefits from a more attractive stay price to give renters the choice of options to add according to their needs.

- Private parking nearby: from €5 per day, depending on season and availability.
- Private airport transfer option: (3 people max. with 3 large pieces of luggage or 4 people max. with 2 large pieces of luggage). On request, to be paid in cash to the driver - from €40 to €50 depending on pick-up time (day/night).
- Late arrival/departure option or on non-working days in the region and in Torrevieja (: Free from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00 every weekday and on Saturday mornings from 10:00 to 14:00:00 Check-in on day of arrival from 18:00/19:00 and check-out on morning of departure between 10:00/11:00. Luggage storage service available for late arrivals and departures.
Please note: outside the opening hours of the above-mentioned agency, overtime will be charged at €10 per hour of overtime up to a maximum of €50, with a flat-rate charge for Sundays and public holidays.
- Misuse of energy: water and electricity consumption are included in the price for a maximum of 1.5€ to 2€ per day (60€/month/bill). Any excess will be billed to you in addition to the exact invoice received.
All these options, as well as any shortages or damage that may be found in the accommodation after your departure, will be deducted directly from your deposit by the booking site.
Please note Failure to return the keys to an agency employee on the day of departure or to check out will result in the total loss of the deposit.
Bus transfer from Alicante airport (approx. 15€ A/r per person - tickets to be purchased locally).
Bicycles available for hire for walks and/or tours of the protected La Mata and Salinas parks (and its pink lagoon).
