Gite-le-Sabatou, with its 15ha, is an ASPAS protected site, a nature reserve for the protection of wildlife habitats and natural heritage, free from pesticides and other chemicals.
After 30 years, Le Sabatou has seen the return of an extraordinary abundance of wild flowers, particularly orchids and Bach medicinal plants.
The return of wild bees and a great diversity of insects has triggered the rebirth of a fabulous ecosystem.
Numerous species of birds, including eagles and owls, and small animals such as pine martens, hares and foxes.
Today, quiet deer can be seen in the wildflower meadow around the house. A paradise for nature lovers and photographers alike
Located in the heart of the Quercy blanc region, 18 km from Cahors, come and discover this charming Quercy white stone house, entirely renovated with respect for the original building.

double bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet.

* 1st floor: Pierre steps lead from the courtyard onto a covered south-facing terrace with dining table and benches.
The front door opens onto the fully equipped kitchen with wood-panelled cupboards, dishwasher, stove with oven and large fridge. Kitchen table and chairs next to an old stone fireplace.
Terracotta floors.
The living room has a fireplace, large corner sofa, armchair, TV and DVD. Wi-Fi.
Double doors lead into the conservatory, with sliding glass windows on three sides overlooking the grounds.
Two double bedrooms. Bathroom with bath and shower, WC and bidet.
* 2nd floor:
Two single bedrooms.
Shower room with WC and washbasin.
* Outside: 11 x 5 m swimming pool with easy-access steps. It is enclosed and fenced and is totally private.
There's also a barbecue area with stylish picnic tables and benches.
Laundry: Washing machine and bed linen available.
