In the heart of the Médoc region and only 5 minutes drive from the ocean beaches, this attractive vacation home is situated in a very quiet location. It is located opposite Royan in Gironde, a very famous resort. The house is very cozy and well equipped. It has a pool in the fenced garden for splashing and cooling on hot summer days. From the kitchen-living room a door leads to the terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day. There is also a covered area where you can dine al fresco in style. On the nearby lakes Hourtin and Lacanau you can sail and windsurf well.

The house is large. The pool is top notch. The garden is safe ... 2 small drawbacks: the lack of useful utensils (especially pots and pans) in the kitchen and the smell of tobacco in the towels provided. We spent a pleasant week. Thank you for your help.
