A security deposit of a minimum total amount of 195 € (security deposit of 100 € and cleaning costs of 95 €, in two checks if necessary) will be required when you hand over the keys on the day of your arrival. These deposits will be returned to you on the day of your departure, after an inventory and inventory of fixtures have been carried out.
