This comfortable house is located in a quiet urbanization about 4 km.
from the seaside resort of L'Estartit.
It used to be a fishing village where you can still see part of its
its history. L'Estartit has a long sandy beach with small islands in the sea
sea, the Medes Islands, where you can go sailing or kayaking
(especially recommended for snorkelers and divers!).
The streets of L'Estartit take you through its friendly center with its
restaurants, boutiques and the harbour, all well worth a visit!
If you want to swap the Mediterranean Sea for a swimming pool, that's no problem at all.

The property offers a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere thanks to its
terrace, even with a beautiful sea view! Torre Vella 133
has two floors: on the first floor is the living room with fireplace, TV
(Dutch satellite) and open doors to the terrace. Also here
open kitchen with stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. On the 1st
floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed, air-conditioning and balcony, and one
with two single beds, and the bathroom with toilet and bathtub. You'll find
a washer and dryer in the hallway.
