Mont Mar 10 is a semi-detached property located in a quiet, secluded area of
14 houses. This family home is located approx. 4 km. outside the charming
charming seaside resort of L'Estartit. It has a long, wide beach
over 5 km, ideal for families with children, where you can enjoy the
the Mediterranean Sea.
For the more adventurous, the area around L'Estartit is perfect for
mountain walks, for example to the castle of Montgri or the small bays
along the coast. The centerpiece of this region are the Illes Medes,
small islands in the sea, which you can visit by boat and/or dive.

Adjacent to one of the bedrooms is a large terrace with a beautiful
view of the neighborhood. The house has central heating.
