This semi-detached house, built in Catalan style, is located in a quiet
4 km. from the seaside resort of L'Estartit.
It used to be a fishing village where you can still see part of its
its history. L'Estartit has a long sandy beach with small islands in the sea
sea, the Medes Islands, where you can go sailing or kayaking
(especially recommended for snorkeling/diving enthusiasts!).
The streets of L'Estartit take you through its friendly center with its
restaurants, boutiques and the harbour, all well worth a visit!
You can also swap the beach for a swimming pool, just like the
Torre Vella 175, about 200 meters away, a large communal pool (a free entry card
(a free entry card is available on the property). To recover from all the
vacation activities, this property offers a relaxing atmosphere,
with its lovely south-facing garden and terrace. Torre Vella
175 has two floors: on the first floor you'll find the spacious living room
satellite TV (Dutch), fireplace and doors to the terrace.
