What a wonderful vacation home! Sol i Vent has everything you need for a
holidays! This beautiful corner house is located in the Torre Vella urbanization
Vella urbanization, just 4 km from the beautiful sandy beach and center of L'Estartit.
Sol i Vent is surrounded by an enclosed garden with several terraces, a barbecue
and a beautiful private swimming pool. Of course, there are plenty of seats to enjoy
a glass of chilled cava or a delicious paella! The house consists of
2 floors. On the first floor, you'll find the entrance, a small bathroom
with toilet and shower, a kitchen and a spacious living room with dining area
fireplace and French windows opening onto the terraces. On the second floor
you'll find 3 bedrooms, 2 with terraces, and the second bathroom
