This house is located in a quiet urbanization about 4 km. from the
seaside resort of L'Estartit. It used to be a fishing village where you can
part of its history. L'Estartit has a long sandy beach
with small islands in the sea, the Medes Islands, where you can go sailing or

beautiful walks, and at the back you have a pretty garden with a terrace where
you have the beautiful view. Casa Atenas has 2 floors: on the first floor you'll find the
living room with fireplace and French windows opening onto the terrace and kitchen.
On the 1st floor, two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and balcony and one with
2 beds, and the bathroom with toilet and bathtub.
The car can be parked in front of the house.
