Apartment located in the tallest residential skyscraper in Europe, on Poniente beach, Benidorm. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the main one en suite, (1 with a shower and 1 with a bathtub) and capacity for 4 people.
Very bright and modern 95 m² accommodation, it has a 15m2 glazed terrace with impressive panoramic views of the sea, the bay and the city of Benidorm.
It has an elevator, internet access (Wi-Fi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, 'beach' type community+children's pool open seasonally, on the 46th floor of the building the SkyWellness is located with a heated community pool all year round. and sauna, with views of the entire Benidorm beach. It also has an optional paid massage and physiotherapy service. It also has a fitness and yoga room and a cafe. SkyWellnes hours are Monday to Sunday from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm, for people over 16 years old. Children under 16 years of age can access SkyWellness from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm accompanied by an adult. The building also has a gym, jacuzzi on the 47th floor and solarium, garden, children's area, garage in the same building, 1 Smart TV, iron, hair dryer.
The independent induction kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.
- The delivery of keys and check-in takes place in our office located at Avenida Rey Jaime I number 20, location 2, commercial name BenidormBooking, in front of the Burguer King. If you do not come with a vehicle, you can check-in at the same establishment by previously completing the online check-in.
- A deposit of €200 is retained on a credit/debit card as a deposit or cash, failing that.
