This 1830s mansion is a vacation home with character and charm and private pool in a residential area of Aix-en-Provence, 500 meters from a sports complex with 14 tennis courts and a golf course.
Outside, it offers a lovely terrace with quality furniture overlooking the green garden where there is a large swimming pool. The rooms of this house are distributed on several floors. The comfortable stone paved living room is surrounded by 2 terraces and the large kitchen is ideal for preparing your family meals.
This beautiful residence is a real haven for sportsmen. However, it is not far (5 km) from the city center of Aix-en-Provence. The monuments are full of history, the alleys host a variety of small restaurants and wine bars, fountains, the famous Cours Mirabeau and the Roman thermal center.
