In the middle of the Chiana Valley, on a slight hill, lies this property. On the spacious well-kept property is your comfortable vacation home with equally comfortable private pool area. The former farmhouse consists of four separate vacation apartments, which have been restored and furnished with great taste. The spacious open living area in the basement offers the possibility to stay cool even on hot summer days; it is divided into a well-equipped kitchen area, dining area, living room with maxi TV, bathroom and gym. In addition, there is an open summer kitchen with barbecue and pizza oven. Across the back of the house there is a long covered terrace with sitting areas and sun loungers and by the pool you will find another covered terrace with comfortable loungers for relaxing after a refreshing swim in the large pool. The very discreet owners live in a separate villa on the property.
From everywhere you can enjoy a wide panoramic view over the Chiana Valley with its many beautiful towns and destinations: In addition to the charming town of Monte San Savino (8 km), the ancient Etruscan town of Cortona beckons to the east, 25 km away on the mountain; to the southwest, the wine town of Montepulciano (35 km) and the famous Renaissance town of Pienza (40 km); Arezzo, with its lovely old town and large antique market (every 1st weekend of the month), is only 20 km away and you can also reach Siena, with the most beautiful square in the world, the Piazza del Campo, in less than an hour (50 km). The slightly hilly Chiana Valley with its many small paths and roads is ideal for biking ? a bike path leads along the central Canale Maestro across the valley. Lake Trasimeno is about 30 km away ? here you will find child-friendly sandy beaches and a boat trip to the small islands. Cooking classes and cooking service on request on site. In Montagnano (1.5 km) you can get everything you need for your daily needs.
