Welcome to this modern and accessible vacation home that leaves nothing to be desired for a vacation with friends or family. The house is located in the greenery and only a few minutes drive from the sea and the famous beaches of Crikvenica.
The living space of the house is divided into nine bedrooms, nine bathrooms, several kitchens and high quality furnished living areas. The house is ideal if you want to spend your vacation with several families. For extra comfort and accessibility, the house has an elevator.
After an active day of vacation, the sauna invites you to relax.
A highlight of the house is the outdoor area with pool, where you can cool off on hot summer days or simply enjoy the sun on the sun loungers. The entire yard is fenced for total privacy. Thanks to the four covered terraces, you will always find a pleasant place to read or have meals together.
The surrounding area offers a variety of activities from excursions: Visit the beaches, experience the beautiful nature on a hike or a bike ride or take a trip to Crikvenica.
