Our 63 m2 apartment is located in Traverse Raynouard, on the 4th floor with elevator of a Marseille building. The bright apartment is ideal for working or relaxing during your stay in Marseille. Place Castellane is a 7-minute walk away. The Baille metro station is a 1-minute walk from the apartment.
The apartment features a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a living room with sofa and dining table. A beautiful balcony with an unobstructed view and a table will enable you to enjoy the sun during your stay in Marseille.
The sleeping area comprises :
- a first bedroom with a double bed for 2 people and storage space,
- a second bedroom with a double bed for 2 people and storage space.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and vanity unit.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning.
You'll appreciate its ideal location for visiting Marseille, close to transport links and within easy reach of Place Castellane, the Baille metro station and Marseille's main hospitals (Conception and Timone). The Stade Velodrome and Parc Chanot are a 20-minute walk away.

In order to offer you the best possible welcome, we provide linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.

Situated near the famous Place Castellane, the location is ideal for discovering our beautiful city on foot or by public transport (bus, metro and tramway in the immediate vicinity). Discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. You'll be able to visit museums on foot (Mucem, Cantini museum), discover the colorful Mediterranean markets and beautiful beaches. The Cours Julien, with its vibrant nightlife and culture, is a 10-minute walk from the apartment.
