On this fabulous estate, surrounded by olive groves, there are two autochthonous completely renovated Istrian houses from the 19th century, which exude luxury and elegance. In the outdoor area there is a large pool so that you can enjoy your summer vacation to the fullest. There are also outdoor sports facilities where you can relax. On the spacious covered terrace by the pool, you will enjoy the romantic atmosphere of warm Istrian evenings while your personal chef prepares your favorite dishes. In addition, a butler and a cleaning service are always at your disposal so that you can spend your well-deserved vacation completely carefree.
The luxurious interior of this luxury villa is spread over two houses and as soon as you step inside, your journey through history begins. The main house can accommodate up to 10 people. On the lower floor there is a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen that can only be used with the help of your chef, a dining room, a games room and a covered terrace. A special feature of this property is the cozy cellar, which offers a wide selection of local and foreign drinks. The first floor has an elegantly furnished living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a covered terrace. If you go up to the second floor, you will find a bedroom, an exit to the terrace overlooking the breathtaking landscape, a bathroom, a study and a relaxation room. In the same house on the second floor there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom. A combination of the best materials and high-quality furnishings creates an elegant atmosphere.
In the guest house, which can accommodate up to 6 people, there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the first floor and a luxuriously furnished living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen on the second floor. Here you will also find two terraces that offer magnificent views of the amazing surroundings.
The main house and guest house are decorated in different but harmonious styles, representing two sides of the same story. The main house with its classic look transports you to the past of this area through the antique details, while the guest house offers you a touch of modern luxury.

If you decide to take a short trip to nearby towns, be sure to visit the small towns of Groznjan and Momjan, historical places where you will have the opportunity to experience the authentic Istrian atmosphere and take part in numerous events during the summer months. If you want to visit one of the larger towns, we definitely recommend a tour of the coastal towns of Umag and Novigrad, where you will find many sights and a wide gastronomic offer. Visit the best restaurants on the Istrian coast, but also be sure to visit the local taverns and try the traditional specialties of this region. Istria offers many hiking and cycling trails where you can explore the beauties of untouched Istrian nature. If you are on vacation with children, be sure to visit the Istralandia Aquapark.
