The villa (approximately 200 m2) is located on a 1300 m2 plot and has a fully enclosed garden. . Through the large spacious hall, from where the stairs lead down to the living room, you enter the kitchen and living room. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen is open to the comfortable living/dining room, which has several seating areas and a large dining table. . The covered terrace offers a nice shady spot in the summer and in the evening you can enjoy the beautiful view of the beautifully illuminated village: in short, a fantastic place to spend the beautiful summer evenings!
