With an all-inclusive rate, your stay will be hassle-free, allowing you to concentrate fully on discovering Châteauroux and the surrounding area. This accommodation welcomes you in a warm and functional space, with an entrance (2 steps to access from outside) opening onto a corridor leading to the main rooms. Discover a comfortable living room, with a large 5-seater sofa and additional seating for relaxing with family or friends. The adjacent dining room offers direct access to the fully equipped kitchen, where you can prepare delicious meals with ease. A modern bathroom with a large shower and a bedroom with a 140x190 bed complete this first floor for optimum comfort.
On the air-conditioned first floor, a landing offers a relaxation area with board games and comfortable armchairs, ideal for a convivial get-together. Two bright bedrooms await you: one with a 90x190 bed (with the option of adding a cot) and the other with a 140x190 bed and two 90x190 beds, which can be combined into one for greater flexibility to suit your needs.
Private parking and a garage are available at the rear of the house.
The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the duration of your stay, cleaning at the end of your stay (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day at your disposal (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
