Upstairs, a mezzanine houses a small, comfortable living room, with a hallway leading to three further bedrooms. The first features a balcony, double bed and dressing room. The second has a double bed, cot, velux window and air conditioning. The last bedroom has three single beds, a velux window and air conditioning. There's also a shower room with WC on the first floor, for your convenience.
A garage, accessible from the kitchen or outside, is equipped with a shower and washbasin, adding a practical touch to your stay.
Outside, a vast 997 m² garden, fully fenced and shaded, invites you to relax. Enjoy convivial moments on the semi-covered terrace, equipped with a solid barbecue and garden furniture, for memorable outdoor meals.
