Ideally situated in a natural environment, the Parco Delle Piscine campsite is proud to promote sustainable tourism. The rolling countryside of the Sienese countryside is ideal for walking and cycling. Take the family out for a breath of fresh air in the Italian countryside, or stroll through the streets of the medieval village of Sarteano (5 min. walk).
Relax in the campsite's 3 naturally tempered thermal pools, fed by the curative Santa Lucia spring. The spring water gushes out at a constant temperature of around 24 degrees. One of the pools was renovated in the 1990s as part of a project by Haruki Miyagima, a famous Japanese architect and landscape designer.
We particularly recommend the poolside restaurant, with its typical Tuscan dishes and splendid views over the pool and park. Pasta pici, crostini, meat tagliate, wild boar dishes, but also delicious fish, accompanied by wine and local oil. A real delight!
