Welcome to our beautiful 65 m2 apartment, with 2 bedrooms and a large 26 m² balcony overlooking Lake Geneva. It's nestled in the heights of Evian in a new, modern residence, close to the Evian golf course and just a few minutes from Evian's historic center, the Source Cachat and the funicular (free depending on the season).
This apartment offers a well-organized volume with a modern design: A beautiful entrance hall with closet and storage cupboard A living room with access to the balcony offering a beautiful unobstructed lake view and arranged into 3 distinct spaces: A lounge area with sofa, TV for relaxing moments, a dining area with a large table (extendable) and 4 seats. A beautiful, fully-equipped open kitchen with quality appliances.
You'll find a Tassimo coffee maker, a fondue machine, a raclette/pierrade machine and a crêpes party machine, and both bedrooms have large dressing rooms for your convenience. Please note that you can use a closed garage in the basement with elevator. A bike room is also available. The 26 m² balcony allows you to have lunch outside and relax on your return from excursions and visits in the surrounding area, or simply enjoy the scenery. It comes with a table and 4 seats, a sitting area and 2 deckchairs.
A credit card imprint of €1,000 is required to guarantee the security of your stay. Please note that this property is managed by a trusted agency, ensuring quality service.
